Fairly clean, brand-new hotel. The staff was very, very nice and the setting was marvellous. For tea or coffee visit B Towne Coffee Co nearby.

My room included climate control and a couch bed. The location offered was stunning really close to bars along that area and resteraunts beautiful river walk.

The breakfast was warm, with good choice of goodies. I was offered a room with magnificent views of the marina. The location was great and stunning, for example, a five-acre park was not too far from the hotel.

Had nice dainties at Bad Ass Cafe, located just next door to the hotel. The staff was very amiable in all services.

The hotel was an excellant place for enjoying a calm area, just next door to great restaurants, a quiet area with many food options in walking distance, and several shops. Rooftop bar was there.

Also, the location is nice and absolutely perfect, minutes from a natural and cultural history museum. Thanks to all very amiable and affable staff. The hotel offers cereal and eggs for breakfast.
